How to Order

Note: Poems Art, Inc. sells business to business only. If you are a retail customer, please send an e-mail to customerservice@poemsart.com and we will locate a dealer near you or provide you with an online resource.

There are three easy ways to order from Poems:
1.  Order online through our website.
2.  Order by phone.
3.  Order by fax.

To Order Online:

Click the Login link under My Account and select Register for a New Account. You will be directed to an Account Registration page that must be filled out completely. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk. Once you’ve submitted the form, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your user name and password. Your user name and password will be required for any future orders or to update your account information, but they will not be requested if you’re only browsing the Poems site. You may login at any time by clicking the Login link under My Account.

While browsing, you will notice three unique icons under each image:
1. Add to Cart when you’re ready to order an image.
2. Add to Wish List if you wish to save the image link for future consideration.
3. Add to Art Board if you’d like to download a printable file to reference selected images.

There are several ways to build your order:
• Click on the Add to Cart icon under each image (thumbnails or zoomed images).
• Link directly to our Quick Order Form if you know quantities and item numbers of the images you’d like to order.

The Indexes in the sidebar on the Images page list posters by title, artist, or item numbers for easy lookups. Or you may use our Keyword Search function to help locate desired imagery.

At any time, you may review your selections by clicking the View Cart link under My Account. You’ll have the ability to adjust quantities for each item and check the accuracy of your order prior to submission. Here, you will be asked for additional information concerning your order, including payment method, Purchase Order number, and shipping preferences. When you’re ready to submit your final order, select Proceed to Checkout.

To Order by Phone:

Established accounts may place an order by phone by calling 888.447.6367 (toll-free) or 801.747.1344.

To Order by Fax:

To obtain a faxable order form, click on the Order Form (PDF download) link located in the sidebar on the Images page. Established accounts may send an order via fax to 801.747.1343.
