Terms & Conditions
Poems Art, Inc. sells to Trade Only accounts at appropriate wholesale
discounts. To qualify for and establish a trade account for online ordering, you
will need to complete the Login & Profile sections under My Account and provide
trade references for three publishers that you currently purchase from. For non-trade
inquiries, please contact our main office at info@poemsart.com

New Accounts
All new accounts require credit card prepayment or C.O.D. until Net 30 credit is
established. To apply for terms, fax a credit application (available online as a
downloadable PDF form) for Poems’ review, contact us toll-free at 888.447.6367,
or send your account setup request to info@poemsart.com.
Prices
Suggested retail prices are listed on our website in U.S., Canadian, U.K., European
and Australian currencies. By indicating your country of origin requested at the
initial sign-on, pricing will be displayed in the currency corresponding to your
market.
Online order totals will reflect a standard wholesale discount (minus an additional
10% web special for U.S. customers only). If you qualify for another discount, it
will not display on your web order confirmation, but will be reflected on your final
invoice when we process your order.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Standard trade discounts apply.
Payments
Poems Art, Inc. accepts business checks, MasterCard, VISA, C.O.D., and wire transfers
in U.S. currency. All international shipments must be paid in advance by credit
card or bank wire transfer. Terms are conditional upon credit approval. There is
a $25 fee for returned checks.
Please note that we do not accept credit card information online. Please
call our office at 888.447.6367 or 801.747.1344 if you’d like to pay with a credit
card.
Minimum Order
No minimum order is required.

Back Orders
Although rare at Poems, occasional back orders do occur. We will provide an estimated
reprint date. Back orders will be held in the system and shipped ONLY at the customer’s
request for orders within the Continental U.S. All other orders: please reorder
based on in-stock notification or reprint date, and/or consult with the appropriate
International Distributors serving your market.
Damages and Replacements
Poems will replace defective posters or goods shipped in error. If you receive a
damaged package, refuse the shipment and notify Poems immediately. If you accept
a damaged package in error, save all packaging and contents and contact us immediately.
Claims for damaged posters (not caused by carrier) or incorrect orders must be reported
within three business days of receipt.
Shipping
Continental U.S. and Canada
Shipping prices are variable based on location. Orders received by 12 noon Mountain
Standard Time are shipped same-day. U.S. orders are shipped in tubes via FedEx Ground
unless otherwise agreed in advance of order. Canadian orders are shipped in tubes
via FedEx International Economy. Orders shipped C.O.D. will reflect an additional
charge based on current courier rates.
International Shipments
All international orders are shipped freight collect via FedEx International Economy
unless otherwise specified in advance. Shipments to Freight Forwarders in the Continental
U.S. are available via standard FedEx services. All international orders must be
prepaid via MasterCard, VISA or bank wire transfer in U.S. funds until an open account
has been established.
